KRisk were commissioned by a Civil Aviation Authority to develop a short video to be used in their just culture e-learning training. They needed a professional engaging video to ensure delegates understand the key messages related to ‘Just Culture’.

KRisk engaged with the senior directors from the CAA (regulators) to understand their messages they wanted to get across. During the creation of the storyboard we made sure we worked closely to ensure the scenario was factually effective and the story could carry the message in an interesting way.

They received a bespoke piece of film that has been used for several uses. The feedback from the delegates seeing the video within the training has received high praise.
